Refund policy

OVERVIEW

We provide a 30 day change of mind policy (subject to a 25% restocking fee). If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for tiles, mirrors or mirror products.

To initiate your return, please email info@avahome.com.au and provide your order number, invoice and clear photos of the item including packaging to be returned. Please do not post a return without first initiating the process via email.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also advise if your return is accepted or if it is not, we will detail the reasons as to why. 

If return is accepted, the cost of the item(s) only less 25% restocking fee will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please note it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or card provider. Please note original shipping costs (if applicable) are non- refundable. 


SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES

Occasionally, items can be damaged during transit. Please notify us in writing via info@avahome.com.au within 72 hours of receipt of items of any damages and provide photo evidence. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged part. 


SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, please deliver returns to 49 Rosedale Ave, Greenacre NSW 2190. 

You will need to arrange return shipping at your own cost. Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return product to reach us may vary. Please do not post a return without first initiating the process via email.

If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item in the condition it was sent as damage can sometimes occur during shipping. We can provide photo evidence of the condition the return was received to assist you in making any claims.
