Delivery and Shipping

At AVA we will always use an express service where available with a range of national carriers including TNT, Toll, Aramex, Northline and Hi Trans to ensure you get your order as promptly as possible.

If you have any urgent requirements, please contact our team via phone, email or live chat and we will be more than happy to assist. We can offer same day dispatch in some instances, please ask us.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at check out. We offer collection at local depots near you to help reduce cost, options will be shown at check out.
  • Free click and collect available from our Sydney warehouse in Greenacre.
  • Free shipping for all orders over $200 (excluding fragile and bulky items) and on select products as indicated on the product page
  • Fragile & Bulking items (Sydney Metro Only) – we are pleased to offer free delivery to front door or loading dock/foyer (for apartments/units). We do ask that someone is home to receive and assist with unloading. If not possible, please contact us to discuss options.
  • Fragile and Bulking items (Outside Sydney Metro) – shipping rates calculated at check out. If ordering multiple items, please contact our team via phone, email or live chat and we would be happy to assist with a manual consolidation to save cost (as shipping calculator may not always consolidate accurately and costs can be inflated)
  • Fragile and Bulky items include mirrors, mirror cabinets, ceramic & stone items, sinks, vanities, laundry tubs, toilets and bath tubs

With all applications, there may be errors at times so we reserve the right to charge additional shipping if applicable, however if this occurs you also have the right to cancel your order and will be entitled to a full refund.

The Dover Round Concrete Basin brings an understated sense of luxury and visual interest to any Modern Australian bathroom. 

Each piece comes with its own unique patina and personality. Please note that our Dover basins are created in batches to allow for a visual continuity. This is especially relevant should you decide to purchase and install two side by side. Overall, the Dover concrete basin makes for an ideal hero piece in any new bathroom project or renovation.

This concrete basin is: 35cm wide and 11cm deep.

Available in two colours: Matte White and Concrete Grey.

Matching pop up waste included.

We have focused on maintaining the natural feel and finish of concrete in our Dover Basins. Being a natural material and staying true to its organic form, there may be slight colour movement/variation through the product. The potential for very small air pockets to appear on the exterior is normal to concrete products during the firing process when producing the basin. (We like to think of them as beauty spots - unique to each basin!)

All our concrete basins should be cleaned using water and mild non-abrasive cleaning products only. Please refrain from using scour pads as this may cause damage to your concrete basin and breakdown the sealant. As our concrete basins are finished with a transparent waterproof sealant, there is no need to reseal before installation.

Please note actual colours of products may vary due to phone display or computer monitor settings along with individual colour perception. 

While we strive to ensure our photos and renders are as life-like as possible, the real life colour tone of products may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen. We are unable to guarantee that the colour you see accurately matches the true colour of the product. This is especially the case for Apple users that may have Night Shift or True Tone colour settings on.
