At AVA we will always use an express service where available with a range of national carriers including TNT, Toll, Aramex, Northline and Hi Trans to ensure you get your order as promptly as possible.

Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated at check out. We offer collection at local depots near you to help reduce cost, options will be shown at check out.
- Free click and collect available from our Sydney warehouse in Greenacre.
- Free shipping for all orders over $200 (excluding fragile and bulky items) and on select products as indicated on the product page
- Fragile & Bulking items (Sydney Metro Only) – we are pleased to offer free delivery to front door or loading dock/foyer (for apartments/units). We do ask that someone is home to receive and assist with unloading. If not possible, please contact us to discuss options.
- Fragile and Bulking items (Outside Sydney Metro) – shipping rates calculated at check out. If ordering multiple items, please contact our team via phone, email or live chat and we would be happy to assist with a manual consolidation to save cost (as shipping calculator may not always consolidate accurately and costs can be inflated)
