Shipping Rates:

• Shipping rates are calculated at check out. We offer collection at local depots near you to help reduce cost, options will be shown at check out.
• Free click and collect available from our Sydney warehouse in Greenacre.
• Free shipping for all orders over $200 (excluding fragile and bulky items) and on select products as indicated on the product page
• Fragile & Bulking items (Sydney Metro Only) – we are pleased to offer free delivery to front door or loading dock/foyer (for apartments/units). We do ask that someone is home to receive and assist with unloading. If not possible, please contact us to discuss options.
• Fragile and Bulking items (Outside Sydney Metro) – shipping rates calculated at check out. If ordering multiple items, please contact our team via phone, email or live chat and we would be happy to assist with a manual consolidation to save cost (as shipping calculator may not always consolidate accurately and costs can be inflated)
• Fragile and Bulky items include mirrors, mirror cabinets, ceramic & stone items, sinks, vanities, laundry tubs, toilets and bath tubs

With all applications, there may be errors at times so we reserve the right to charge additional shipping if applicable, however if this occurs you also have the right to cancel your order and will be entitled to a full refund.
