Shipping Rates:

- Free click and collect available from our Sydney warehouse in Greenacre.
- Free shipping for all orders over $200 (excluding fragile and bulky items) and on select products as indicated on the product page
- Fragile & Bulking items (Sydney Metro Only) – we are pleased to offer free delivery to front door or loading dock/foyer (for apartments/units). We do ask that someone is home to receive and assist with unloading. If not possible, please contact us to discuss options.
- Fragile and Bulking items (Outside Sydney Metro) – shipping rates calculated at check out. The Novi features an intelligent reversible dual-sided design, with a textured ribbed farmhouse front on one side and a clean flat front on the other. Install the ribbed side facing outward to create a traditional farmhouse or Hamptons-inspired look, or choose the flat side for a more understated contemporary aesthetic.
With a generous 42L bowl capacity and 220mm internal depth, the Novi provides ample space for washing dishes, cookware, and larger kitchen items. The fine fireclay construction delivers a smooth surface that is easy to maintain, while the distinctive concrete-look finish adds a sophisticated industrial element to modern kitchens.
The sink is suitable for butler, countertop, or under-counter installation, offering flexibility for different kitchen layouts. A 90 × 50mm stainless steel basket waste is included, while the side-positioned overflow is intentionally designed to work with either reversible front configuration.

Installation Notes
- The sink can be installed with either the ribbed farmhouse front or flat front facing outward.
- The overflow is positioned on the side of the sink, rather than at the rear. This is intentional and allows the overflow configuration to remain compatible regardless of which front is selected.
- Under-counter installation requires suitable shelving or structural support.
- For food waste disposer installation, an extended flange and a model with an anti-vibration collar are recommended.
- Fine fireclay is a natural material and may have minor variations in dimensions and finish.
- Variations of approximately ±2% are considered normal and fall within industry tolerance.
- Always have the actual sink available to the cabinet maker and stone fabricator before cabinetry or benchtop cut-outs are made.
